Prepare to indulge in a truly exceptional coffee experience with our freshly harvested beans! This month, we are thrilled to introduce the stunning country of El Salvador and its extraordinary Pacamara coffee variety.

El Salvador is renowned for producing some of the finest coffee in the world, thanks to its volcanic soils and ideal growing conditions. Our beans are sourced from the San Andrés farm, situated in the picturesque Metapán region, where coffees exhibit complexity and balance.

The feature that sets this month's coffee apart is the Pacamara variety. Developed in El Salvador in the 1950s, this hybrid is a cross between two distinct coffee varieties: Pacas, which we sampled in Quintal No. 11, and Maragogype.

To enhance the experience, we've chosen a natural processing method that amplifies the Pacamara's blackberry, citrus, and caramel notes, resulting in an exceptional cup of coffee that's both fruity and full-bodied.

Don't miss out on this Origin roasted experience. Give El Salvador Pacamara a try and discover why it's among the most sought-after coffee varieties in the world.
