Elegant. A tea-like coffee with floral, vanilla notes.

We have traveled across Peru's geography in search of the freshest harvests, finishing our tour with one of Peru's highest-grown coffees and the last to be harvested in the country. We are presenting a coffee from the highlands of Cusco, near Machu Picchu, at around 2000m above sea level.

Coffee at this altitude is dense, with more distinguished and unique notes. This month's variety is also noteworthy; an exotic Typica variety, renowned for its excellent cup quality and known for being the original “heirloom" from which many other varieties, such as Bourbon, have diverged. Expect an elegant cup with floral, tea-like qualities and vanilla notes.
